Client Account Details - Please Don't Forget to Review

Dear Customers,
We know you are all busy making money, or doing things that are far more fun than checking your account information. However, please take a moment to review your account details. Here is why:
- If your email is wrong, or your haven't added our emails in your contacts, you might not receive renewal emails from us and could lose your domain or have your website go offline.
- Company information in the "Company Name" section of your profile will be used for invoices. If you are in Thailand, and put something in this section, we will likely have to pay additional taxes and the company information will be submitted with our accounts to the tax department. If you are an individual, you should leave this blank. We have no problem paying taxes that are due, but fake company names or information being put in this section could cause unecersary issues for accounting and the tax office.
- Domains are registered with the information you provide. If this information is fake, or wrong, you could experience issues with your domain name later. ICANN (they are like the internet police) require that domain registration information be checked annually. If it is considered wrong, ICANN could get the domain registrar to 'suspend' the domain until they are satisfied the information is correct. This would mean you website would be offline until resolved.
As you can see, it is worth taking 5 minutes out of your day just once a year to check that your information is correct. Emails change, people move ... but, your website and domain should always move with you and be updated. Should you need any help, feel free to contact us.
