Holiday Period - 23rd Dec 2022 to 3rd Jan 2023

Dear customers,

Firstly, we would like to wish you all happy holidays and thank you for your support over the last year. Our services will continue throughout the festive period 23/12/2022 to 03/01/2023, but there will be reduced staffing levels.

If you have urgent bills to pay at this time and use bank transfer or cash, we recommend paying early as these require manual verification. All other forms of payment are checked and invoices updated automatically by our system (services are also extended automatically).

 

  • Bank transfer/cash payments will be checked once every 3-6 days depending on staff - however, services are not normally suspended until they are at least 10 days overdue (excluding domain/SSL renewals)
  • Normal payments (PayPal or other digital payments will continue as normal and everything will be updated automatically by our systems)
  • Custom order requests, dedicated server setups, or issues requiring the data center's involvement may take longer than normal (depending on staff levels at the time)

 

We appreciate your understanding. Normal technical support should remain unaffected throughout the period and we will update this notice should that change.
