It is a good idea to change your password regularly, particularly for the client are and cPanel. If it has been more than 6 months, then you definitely should consider updating your password. Updating passwords regularly is better and safer.
Here are a couple of examples of ways to remember secure passwords (don't copy these):
To remember a password, you can use sentences, such as "I love dogs #1. They're mans best friend and always happy!" can become "Ild#1.Tmbfaah!"
Also, words can be written with numbers or random capitals. So, "Trevor Wilmore" could become "Tr3v0r_W1lmor3"
Of course, you could also use a password manager or online password generator. The password managers allow you to have one (or more) master passwords to control the other login details, which lets you use random and strong passwords on all your accounts.
We constantly try to protect all accounts against any unauthorized access, but we can't protect against everything and an old or weak password could make things easier for those trying to gain access to your website, email account, or other apps/websites.
