Our servers will still be monitored during the Songkran period and support staff will be checking emails and tickets at intervals, but replies may be slower than at normal times - all staff deserve a little break and time with family. However, we will try to answer as soon as possible.
Websites may also seem slower during this time. It is not our servers, but that the ISPs (internet providers) in Thailand can sometimes get ‘overloaded’ when everyone is on holiday (streaming TV, playing online games, etc.).
